Vent/Air  release

The plastic button, also known as a one-way valve, was originally designed for freshly roasted coffee, to circulate the oxygen inside the bags to keep the beans as fresh as possible.

If your product requires ventilation but does not require the air to flow one way, there are other alternative ways to release air from inside the bag. With special laser technology, we create perforation holes (offshore production only). Those micro-perforation holes create air circulation inside the pouches.
